Performance data quoted represents past performance, which is no guarantee of future results. Current performance may be lower or higher than the performance data quoted. Investment return and principal value will fluctuate so that an investor’s shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than the original cost. Returns for periods of less than one year are not annualized. Cumulative returns show the total change over the period. Annualized returns show the compounded average yearly return. 1-, 3-, and 6-month and YTD returns are cumulative; 1-, 3-, and 5-year returns are annualized. An em dash indicates unavailable performance.

The table and line graph represent past performance and cannot be used to predict future results. Shareholders may pay more than NAV when buying Fund shares and receive less than NAV when those shares are sold because shares are bought and sold at current market price. The Fund is newly organized and has no performance history. Performance data will be available after the Fund has completed a sufficient period of operations. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

The Corgi Brief

Disclosures

Investment Objective. The Corgi Robots & Humanoids ETF seeks capital appreciation.

Investors should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses of each Fund carefully before investing. This and other important information is contained in the prospectus for each Fund, which can be obtained without charge from corgiinvest.com or from the SEC at www.sec.gov. Read the applicable prospectus carefully before investing.

The Fund is newly organized and has limited operating history. There can be no assurance that the Fund will grow to or maintain an economically viable size. It may take time for the Fund to attract sufficient assets and for an active secondary market for its shares to develop or be sustained, which could result in wider bid-ask spreads, increased trading costs, or trading at a premium or discount to net asset value.

The information on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice. Please consult your own investment, tax, and legal professionals regarding your specific situation.

The Funds’ shares are listed for trading on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. (the “Exchange”). The Funds are not sponsored, endorsed, sold, or promoted by the Exchange. The Exchange makes no representation regarding the advisability of investing in any Fund and is not responsible for, nor has it participated in, the determination of the timing of, prices of, or quantities of Fund shares to be issued or in the determination or calculation of the equation by which shares of any Fund are redeemable. The Exchange has no obligation or liability in connection with the administration, marketing, or trading of Fund shares.

Corgi Robots & Humanoids ETF Risk. The Corgi Robots & Humanoids ETF is subject to the investment risks associated with companies materially involved in the development, manufacturing, deployment, and operation of robotics and embodied AI systems, including industrial robots, collaborative robots, mobile robots, warehouse automation, humanoid systems, surgical robots, drones and autonomous platforms, sensors and vision systems, actuators and motion control, embedded compute, robotics software stacks, simulation tools, and system integrators. Because the Fund focuses on robotics and automation companies, its performance will depend to a greater extent on technology development timelines, regulatory approval for autonomous systems, manufacturing adoption rates, labor market dynamics, and competitive dynamics among established industrial companies and well-funded startups. Many companies in this sector face significant execution risk, high R&D costs, and uncertain market timing for commercial deployment of humanoid and autonomous systems. Humanoid robotics in particular is a nascent category where most companies are pre-revenue or early-revenue with substantial capital requirements. As a concentrated and non-diversified fund, the Fund may be more volatile and more adversely affected by a single economic, regulatory, or technological development than a broadly diversified U.S. equity fund. The Fund is non-diversified and may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a limited number of issuers, increasing issuer-specific risk. Please see the Fund’s prospectus for a more complete discussion of these and other risks.

In addition, the fund is subject to general equity market volatility and may experience amplified fluctuation due to its industry concentration.

Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. There is no guarantee that any investment strategy or any Fund will achieve its objectives. Shares of the Funds are bought and sold on an exchange at market price and are not individually redeemable from the Funds. Market price will fluctuate, sometimes materially, and may be higher or lower than net asset value (“NAV”). Brokerage commissions, bid-ask spreads and other trading costs will reduce returns. Performance data represents past performance and does not guarantee future results. Investment return and principal value will fluctuate so that shares, when sold, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Current performance may be lower or higher than the performance data quoted.

Premium/discount data shows the relationship between the market price of a Fund’s shares and that Fund’s NAV. Historical premium/discount data may not be indicative of future premium/discount levels.

The Fund issues and redeems shares only in large blocks called “Creation Units” at NAV next determined after an order is accepted. Only authorized participants (“APs”) may transact in Creation Units directly with the Fund. Investors should contact their broker or financial intermediary to place trades.
